Dr Saroj Dubey is an author, a motivational and TEDx speaker, as well as a medical doctor - a practising senior consultant gastroenterologist in Delhi NCR. Apart from his medical practise he is deeply passionate and curious about exploring life and helping others to lead a richer, more meaningful life.
He takes classes in his spare time where he helps people to step out from their mind identification and thoughts and become more engaged with the present moment and say yes to it in whatever form it arrives.
He guides people to become more mindful and present, which in turn fosters greater joy, creativity and helps in living a more fulfilled abundant life.
Dr Saroj delves into his personal experience which he has discussed in the book with great honesty and detail, and helps others who are facing an extremely challenging life situation to confront it fully so that it can become a catalyst into something life transforming and uplifting.
We are often so caught up with incessant doing that we forget to come back to the Being mode. As a result we never feel completely fulfilled and happy despite achieving a lot of success.
In this talk I discuss about the Being mode which can be considered to be a more expansive and effortless way of living. I discuss about 6 strategies which have helped me shift into the Being mode in my hectic life. These are :-
The talk is about creating more space, gaps and pauses in our hectic lives and to train ourselves to savour the pleasant moments so that there is more awe and flow in our life. We need to become engaged and open to each moment of life and to look for awe and wonder in our everyday lives.
